“There are a lot of hardships, especially working in this kind of construction industry, dealing with a lot of tough guys. It’s very interesting, and I actually just cut out a Gazette article the other week and put it up in my office. It’s all about how women should still feel like they can empower the trades, whether it’s plumbing or construction or carpentry. I think as long as you’re passionate about what you do, then that’s the most important thing.”
