“Now you’re going to make me tear up… One heart-wrenching story happened this past spring. I was helping a young couple buy their first home together; she was fighting cancer at the same time. In fact, for a year, she was my son’s teacher. We were taking videos of the different homes to show her in the hospital. We actually found them their dream home, and a little bit before the actually handing over and the signing at the notary, she passed away. One of the things she told me when we had the acceptance of the house was that I gave her the best present that anyone could ever give her.”
